Gym opens/Road Work/One on one lessons
Road work: This is where to road work is done for the Boxers or Kickboxers. As many people finish work around this time, it is an open style class that allows people to join in at any stage. This suits people’s commute from the city or elsewhere as they may not be able to start until 5:45.
One-on-one: By appointment you can book a trainer for some extra coaching.

Boxing is the cornerstone of all our styles so be it MMA, kickboxing or just Boxing this class is for you.

Ideal for Competitors or those seeking another level of fitness. Sparring is no compulsory and we have many stages before we encourage full contact sparring for beginners.
7:00 – 8:00
The kickboxing we do completes the gaps from our boxing class in the Kickboxing style and rounds out your game for MMA stand up.

Muay Thai sparring is traditionally very light and technical. This is a great way to introduce beginners to sparring and grappling that is relaxing and not to physical. This session is equally focused on Muay Thai clinch work and kickboxing.

For the MMA enthusiasts, free rolling is a must. A beginner Mixed AMrtial Artist can round out their night here and train through all the styles following on the timetable to make each evening a complete balanced session.
